​​Hatha Yoga to support strength, flexibility, breath and balance through mindful movement.

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. Today’s group classes are fun, energizing and help to create a strong community and affordable yoga, however, in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.

 

A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern.

One to one sessions and courses are available by appointment. Providing an opportunity to improve your personal practice in the comfort of your own home.  All one to one sessions include a bespoke practice plan tailored to individual needs.

Community Drop in Hatha Yoga

A weekly relaxed, non-judgemental class suitable for all levels. Each class will include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (postures) and a full relaxation.

Tuesday's 19:00 - 20:15

Candlelit Restorative Yoga Godalming

Drop in Candlelit Restorative Yoga

A relaxing ambience created by candlelight. Helps to prepare for this soothing balm for body and soul. Props are used to allow the body to explore deep relaxation and stillness with no physical strain, receiving a passive but deep stretch to release physical tension and realign the body. This stillness provides a calming hug for the overstimulated mind.
