
Grief isn’t only emotional. It can be felt in the body as heaviness, tension, fatigue, restlessness, numbness or difficulty settling. Yoga therapy offers gentle, body-based practices to support the nervous system, create moments of rest, and help you begin to feel more connected to yourself again.
