Terms and Conditions

Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy , some errors may occur.  No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.  Please be aware that Yogacentred may alter the information on its website from time to time.  Yogacentred shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.

 

Booking Policy

All bookings for 121 Yoga sessions and private Yoga classes are by appointment only.

All bookings for meditation classes are to be made online.

All bookings are the responsibility of the student to schedule.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, and cancellation policy.

Cancellations

121 and private yoga classes are subject to a minimum 24hr cancellation period in such cases students can reschedule or receive a 90% refund.  Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointments will not be refunded.   Any private sessions cancelled by Yogacencentred will be rescheduled or a full refund offered.

Yoga classes are subject to a minimum 24 hour cancelation period in such cases students can reschedule or

recieve a 1 week extension to a class pass. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. Any sessions

cancelled by Yogacentred will be rescheduled or a refund offered.

 

Meditation classes cannot be refunded, if a student is unable to attend a booked class a recording of that class will be made available for 7 days.   Any meditation classes cancelled by yogacentred can be rescheduled or refunded.

Privacy Policy

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure.  Only Yogacentred has access to this information.  All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Yogacentred will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.

Limitation of liability 

Students are responsible for ensuring that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which they follow, or class which they attend.  Students accept the risk of injury from performing exercises.

 

Fitness and health

Students are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerned over their physical condition.

 

Students are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.

 

Students who incur injuries or conditions are required to inform a member of staff before leaving the class or soon as possible thereafter.
