Reversing Exhaustion Workshop

 
A gentle 1/2 day workshop to help you rest, restore and reconnect.

 

Modern life asks a great deal of us.

Many of us spend our days constantly caring for others, working, managing family life and juggling endless demands. Over time, our nervous system can become stuck in a state of stress, leaving us feeling physically tired, emotionally drained and unable to truly switch off.

 

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

 

Reversing Exhaustion is a nurturing half-day workshop designed to help calm the nervous system, restore energy and create space for genuine rest.

 

Drawing on yoga therapy, modern neuroscience and traditional yogic wisdom, you'll be guided through a series of gentle practices that help your body move from survival mode towards rest and recovery.

 

This isn't about stretching further or achieving difficult postures. It's about understanding what your body needs, learning practical ways to regulate your nervous system and experiencing the restorative power of deep rest.

 

No previous yoga experience is needed, and there is absolutely no expectation to be flexible or physically fit. Simply come as you are.

During the workshop you will explore:

🌿Understanding why exhaustion affects both body and mind

🌿 How prolonged stress impacts the nervous system

🌿 Simple breathwork to encourage relaxation

🌿 Gentle restorative yoga and supported rest

🌿 Somatic practices to reconnect with your body

🌿 Guided relaxation and quiet reflection

🌿 Practical tools you can continue using at home

This workshop may be for you if:
