When the mind needs stillness

 

Meditation (Dhyana) is 1 of the 8 limbs of yoga and can form an intergral part of a yoga practice or can be a stand alone practice.

 

Meditation is an experience in which your mind is absolutely calm and absolutely peaceful.  A regular meditation practice can relieve anxiety and stress, enhance feelings of joy and patience, make it easier to concentrate, bring about clarity in daily life and increase energy levels.

A class to help you to establish, sustain and enhance your practice. With the support of a qualified meditation teacher, all in the comfort of your own home. 

In these weekly classes we will discuss a different element of meditation from the physical and physiological to the philosophical aspects of practice.  We will explore different techniques and enjoy a lead practice with an opportunity for Q&A.
