A deeper exploration of how grief shows up physically, with therapeutic practices to help alleviate common symptoms.
Week 3
Stress, Hormones, and the Power of Deep Rest
Understanding the effects of prolonged stress on the nervous system and learning restorative practices that support healing and regulation.
Week 4
Exploring the Koshas
An introduction to the Koshas, guiding you to reconnect with and trust your innate wisdom across body, mind, and spirit.
Week 5
Understanding the Chakras
Learning how energetic imbalances can manifest, identifying which chakras may be affected, and practicing techniques to rebalance and realign
Week 6
Integration and Your Personal Toolkit
Bringing everything together and creating a personalized set of tools to support you when waves or tsunamis of grief arise.
