This course offers a compassionate, expertly guided programme designed to help you move through loss with awareness, kindness, and embodied wisdom.

This course is for anyone experiencing grief, whether from the loss of a loved one, relationship, health, dream, or life transition. No prior yoga experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

This is NOT like a traditional yoga class so no previous yoga experience is necessary we will explore somatic practices ( some of which may look similar to simple yoga postures) breath work , relaxation and meditation techniques, tools for navigating those difficult moments , neuroscience and yogic philosophy to guide you back to yourself
