Meditation is an experience in which your mind is absolutely calm and absolutely peaceful.  A regular meditation practice can relieve anxiety and stress, enhance feelings of joy and patience, make it easier to concentrate, bring about clarity in daily life and increase energy levels.

 

The short courses are designed to enable you to discover what meditation is, to establish a practice that works for you and to gain an insight into how meditation can improve your life
