All classes are non competative and non judgemental, and focus on what your body / mind can do in that particular moment on that particular day, and not on how far the person on the mat next to you can stretch.

I started 121 Yoga Sessions with Laura as I was finishing treatment for breast cancer. A year of chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy had left me physically and emotionally exhausted. Both my doctors and friends encouraged me to try yoga, but I have to confess, as I knew so little about it, I was initially sceptical. How very wrong I was.
Laura is, quite simply, amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, knowledge and empathy create a supremely safe space to practise, explore and enjoy yoga No embarrassment or feeling stupid here. Her innate ability to gauge your well-being and mood on any given day means she can tailor sessions precisely in real time as it were, so you never feel pushed or stressed. Over time, I was delighted with my increased flexibility and well-being, but more importantly, the calm in my head after Laura taught me basic meditation and how to breathe properly. Using Laura’s excellent support materials meant I could continue to practise on my own at home and always felt safe.
If you have ever wanted to practise yoga, but too afraid to try, I cannot recommend Laura more highly.
Five of us had a wonderful restorative yoga session in my garden on a warm summer evening recently. Laura provided some postures which were relaxing and helped us get into position when required. We all loved it and definitely benefited from the session. We have planned to hold some more garden restorative yoga evenings during the remainder of the summer.
I have had 121 yoga lessons with Laura for many years – they have been invaluable for me. Her teaching is geared entirely to your needs, she adjusts expertly to any physical shortcomings or problems you may have, thanks to her perception and physiological knowledge and awareness. Safe, encouraging, very knowledgeable, humorous, inventive in her suggestions for adapting postures, she is a pleasure to work with and enormously helpful.
I have had the pleasure of having Laura as my Yoga instructor for a number of years and she has inspired me by her knowledge and enthusiasm to share her practice both in groups sessions and one-on-one. She has also worked very gently with my terminally ill husband to help him breathe more deeply after major lung surgery.
She has run many different sessions focussed on the Chakras, relaxation, stretching and many other sequences. Laura approaches her practice with calm and a sense of fun, so we can even enjoy Downward-facing-dog! She has helped me hugely to remain supple and increase my sense of balance and calm in an ever changing world.
As a demonstration of her own flexibility, she is running yoga sessions for 6 people in my garden once a week and we all really look forward to every session, which is always different. We have especially enjoyed the Walking Meditation, which really is magical.
Laura continues to inspire us with her depth of knowledge, dedication and calm and I thoroughly recommend her as a yoga teacher.
